By accessing or using TraySort, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TraySort is a browser-based tool that automatically separates PDF pages by paper size. The service processes files entirely in your browser and offers optional credit-based pricing for extended use.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our processing algorithms
Not use automated tools to abuse the service

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased as one-time packs with no expiration date. One credit allows processing of one PDF file.

Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you haven't used the credits. After credits are used, refunds are not available.

Subscription plans (if applicable) bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TraySort is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TraySort be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the service cease immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
